Refund & Exchange Policy

All our products are dispatched only after thorough quality checks.

We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an opening video of the parcel is mandatory. Requests without an opening video will not be accepted.

Returns or exchanges are applicable only if the product is found damaged or defective upon delivery.

In case of a return or exchange, the product must be shipped back to our address via India Post (Speed Post only).

Once the returned parcel is received and verified, we will reimburse ₹100 per parcel towards shipping charges.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
