- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund of the product amount.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- In case of order cancellation, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 48 hours after cancellation confirmation.
